The journey:

Our Therapeutic Yoga & Sound Healing session is specially designed for injured soldiers and individuals recovering from injury who are taking their first steps toward regaining movement. This gentle, restorative class blends therapeutic yoga principles with rehabilitation techniques, offering a safe and effective way to rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence in your body.

Led by a certified physical therapist, each session is carefully adapted to your unique needs, whether you're recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or seeking to enhance your recovery after physical therapy. We focus on slow, mindful movements that promote flexibility and release tension, allowing you to ease back into movement at your own pace

What to Expect:

Set amidst the Arts and Wellness House's oasis, our Therapeutic Yoga & Sound Bath session will leave you feeling energized, balanced, and connected.

  • Guided, Adaptive Movements: Slow, safe yoga postures designed to restore mobility, flexibility, and strength while reducing stiffness and supporting your recovery.
  • Individualized Support: A physical therapist will provide personalized adjustments and modifications to ensure your movements are safe and aligned with your rehabilitation goals.
  • Mindful Breathwork: Techniques to help manage pain, reduce anxiety, and connect with your body.

At the end of each class, experience a unique and calming blend of sound healing with quartz crystal bowls, where soothing sound frequencies promote deep relaxation and emotional release. Juliette will share sound frequency therapy combined with  energy work to balance your body’s energetic flow, bringing a profound sense of renewal, peace, and healing.

Whether you're new to Yoga or looking to start flowing again, Amelia is here to guide and support you. She is a physiotherapist and brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate presence to each session, infusing her teachings with her dynamic, fun presence and wisdom. Juliette is a hollistic practiocioner, the crystal bowls sound can deepen relaxation and help release emotional and physical tension.
